These general terms and conditions of sale apply to the training services offered by Capacto to individuals and companies.

Purpose

Training programs cover French as a Foreign Language (FLE) or any other area related to the integration of adult immigrants in France.
They are personalized and adapted to client needs.

Pricing and payment

Prices are provided before registration.
Payment is made by bank transfer or agreed method.
Any session started is due unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellation

For individuals:
Cancellation must be notified at least 24h in advance. Late cancellations will be charged.

For companies:
Specific conditions are defined in the quotation or agreement.

Right of withdrawal

For individual clients, a 14-day withdrawal period may apply for distance purchases, unless the training has started with prior agreement.

Liability

The trainer commits to providing a professional service.
Progress also depends on the learner’s involvement.
